TrustDeck as your secure intermediary: In every trade, the items are sent to us first. We check and handle them according to the chosen service and then forward them to their recipients.
Fair and transparent: Your costs have two parts: the service fee for the items you receive, and shipping. You only ever pay for the items you receive yourself. All fees are shown to you clearly before you confirm.
Service fee
Transparent flat prices: Our service fees don't depend on the value of your items. With Basic Service you pay a one-off base fee plus a small extra for each further item. Full Service is a fixed amount per item - no matter how many items you have checked. The fees that apply are shown to you clearly before you confirm.
Item values don't affect any fee - owners set them so both sides can compare a trade.

We open the parcel and confirm it's the product you expect, then handle shipping.

Shipping
Everything you receive in a trade travels in one package - from the sender to us, then on to you. It's priced at the flat rate of the largest item inside.
